By accessing or using www.insulationlancaster.com, submitting a contact or estimate request form, or engaging Lancaster Insulation Company to perform any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
Lancaster Insulation Company provides residential and commercial insulation installation and related services in Lancaster, CA and surrounding communities. Services include but are not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and commercial insulation. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a written estimate or contract provided before work begins.
Estimates provided by Lancaster Insulation Company are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on conditions observed during the on-site assessment; if unforeseen conditions are discovered during work (such as existing moisture damage, hazardous materials, or structural issues), we will notify you before proceeding with any scope change that affects price.
Prices quoted in estimates are in U.S. dollars. Lancaster Insulation Company reserves the right to adjust pricing for material cost changes exceeding 10% that occur more than 30 days after the estimate date, with advance written notice to the customer.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a rescheduling fee to cover crew time and equipment preparation. We will communicate any fee clearly before confirming the cancellation.
Lancaster Insulation Company reserves the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions that affect installation quality, crew safety, or material performance. We will contact you as early as possible if a rescheduling is necessary and will provide the earliest available alternative date.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or contract for each project. In general:
Lancaster Insulation Company warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with California industry standards. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for a period of one year from the date of project completion, unless a longer period is specified in writing for a particular project.
This warranty covers installation defects caused by our work. It does not cover damage resulting from: customer modification of installed materials, pre-existing structural or moisture conditions not identified during the estimate inspection, events outside our control (including water intrusion, pest damage, or acts of nature), or normal material settling within published manufacturer tolerances.
Manufacturer warranties on insulation products are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms. We will provide manufacturer documentation upon request for any product installed on your project.
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Lancaster Insulation Company's total liability for any claim arising from services performed or this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Lancaster Insulation Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, loss of use, or damage caused by third parties. This limitation applies whether a claim arises from contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

If a dispute arises between you and Lancaster Insulation Company in connection with services rendered or these Terms, we ask that you contact us first at quotes@insulationlancaster.com to allow us an opportunity to resolve the matter informally.
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial for claims covered by this clause. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California.
Lancaster Insulation Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website or engagement of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
